Owners Jason O’Brien and Chef Donal Crosbie of New York-based restaurants Trinity Place and Hudson Hound have opened their first DC restaurant, Hunter’s Hound. Bringing contemporary touches to traditional fare and creating new and innovative dishes, Hunter’s Hound serves only the best quality, seasonal, always fresh ingredients, from local producers as seasons allow.
